AtliQ Mart, a leading retail chain in South India, operates over 50 supermarkets. During Diwali 2023 and Sankranti 2024, the company ran a massive promotional campaign on their AtliQ-branded products to drive sales. Now, the Sales Director wants to evaluate which promotions performed well and which did not, so the company can optimize its future promotional strategies.
To provide these insights, I conducted an in-depth sales analysis using Power BI, enabling the leadership team to make data-driven decisions.
